[Scope of transfusion therapy in acute pancreatitis]

The paper deals with the tranfusional tactics in acute pancreatitis. Some useful recommendations on the use of various transfusional media in different phases of the disease (stage of shock, intoxication and of septic manifestations) are suggested.
