Lymphangiographic demonstration of thoracic duct cyst

Abstract:
We describe the first reported case of a cyst of the thoracic duct which was diagnosed prior to surgery by bipedal lymphangiographic studies. The differential diagnosis of posterior mediastinal masses should include this pathologic entity.
