    Background:

    • A rare case of hydatidiform mole with a coexistent live fetus was diagnosed antepartum at 20 weeks gestation.

    • Spontaneous labor occurred at 32 weeks gestation.
    • A healthy 1435g female infant was delivered via spontaneous labor.
