[Early, repeated surgical interventions]

The author observed 225 patients subjected to 261 repeated surgical interventions for early postoperative complications. Some patients were operated upon 3--4 times. Different complications caused various repeated surgical interventions. The experience acquired shows that the curative complex should include (in addition to all kinds of surgery) the timely measures directed to correction of metabolic shifts, to the increase of immune activity of the organism, to detoxications and desensitization.
