It is known that under artificial blood circulation the ability of blood platelets for aggregation drops, the reduced number of thrombocytes being a constant factor. Stabilization of blood is usually realized by heparin. One of the causes of early thrombocytopenia under artificial blood circulation was established to be the aggregating effect of heparin.
