Enlargement of intracranial saccular aneurysms. A case report

Abstract:
A case of enlargement of a middle cerebral artery aneurysm is reported. Cerebral angiography demonstrated an increase in the size of this aneurysm. Possible factors causing aneurysmal enlargement are discussed.
