Verrucous carcinoma of the cervix and endometrium
Abstract:
The clinical and pathological features of a case of verrucous carcinoma involving the cervix and endometrium in a 39-year-old woman are presented. The case is considered of particular interest because of a 9-year history of tumor preceding treatment, endometrial involvement, and an associated component of more conventional infiltrating squamous-cell carcinoma in the absence of therapy. The diagnosis and management of these lesions are discussed.
