[Microbiological investigations in tamponades after tympanoplasties (author's transl)]
Abstract:
In 100 cases microbiological examinations of removed tamponades after tympanoplasties were performed. This paper is concerned with the question, whether there is a correlation between the preoperative status of the middle-ear-mucosa and the postoperative bacterial flora.
