[Probable metastasis of a hypernephroma, postnephrectomy in ureteral stump]

The authors present a case of ureteral metastasis which appeared in the ureter stump after a nephrectomy as a result of an adenocarcinoma of the kidney. They stress the infrequency of this metastatic location. They present a series of considerations concerning the diagnostic doubts arising in connection with the kidney neoplasia which the patient presented, in spite of a complete, urological, physical, analytical, radiourographic as well as arteriographic exploration.
