A treatment plan for the dislocated total hip arthroplasty

A dislocated total hip arthroplasty must be evaluated for malposition of the component parts, infection, and an accumulation of fluid from an infection or inflammatory reaction. The treatment is directed toward correction of one or more of the above three abnormalities.
