    Observation:

    • A study involving 38 patients with intrahepatic stones utilized repeated postoperative choledochoscopies for stone removal.
    • The average number of postoperative choledochoscopies performed was 14.5.

    Findings:

    • Complete stone removal was achieved in 35 out of 38 cases (92.1%).
    • A follow-up revealed 34 patients remained asymptomatic, leading normal social lives.
    • One patient died from pancreatic carcinoma 22 months post-procedure, despite successful stone removal.
