Endoscopic prostatectomy with the continuous flow resection technique
International Surgery
|September 1, 1980
Abstract:
The continuous flow resectoscope (CFR), as initially reported by Iglesias et al., has been used in clinical community practice for four years. It has provided a most effective and efficient method of performing transurethral resection without incurring mortality, morbidity or other problems. It is stressed that the important factor in its successful use is that resection must be performed as initially described by Iglesias, if it is to be used successfully.
