    Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) lymphocytes show increased binding to mouse erythrocytes, a marker potentially useful for diagnosing B lymphoproliferative disorders. Neuraminidase treatment enhanced this mouse erythrocyte rosette formation in CLL cells.

    Background:

    • Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is a B-cell lymphoproliferative disorder characterized by the accumulation of malignant lymphocytes.
    • Identifying specific surface markers on leukemic cells is crucial for accurate diagnosis and understanding disease mechanisms.
