    Abstract:

    Posterolateral rotatory instability is a very serious injury. The acute surgical correction (direct repair) and the reconstructive procedure (arcuate complex advancement) are extensive. Postoperative immobilization and rehabilitation are lengthy and of utmost importance to assure satisfactory surgical results.
