[Microscopic and minute stomach cancer]

Abstract:

The concept of microscopic and minute cancer of the stomach includes three forms of tumor of this organ: a tumor detected only by gastrobiopsy; cancer less than 1 cm determined endoscopically and roentgenologically; any form of cancer less than 1 cm in diameter with metastases. Some cardinal problems of the diagnosis and surgical treatment of microscopic and minute cancer of the stomach are discussed.
