[Restorative joint operations in childhood (author's transl)]
Abstract:
Restorative measures in children's joints must be planned so that interference with the epiphyses, and consequent cessation of growth, can be avoided. Thus, tried and tested methods in adults, such as arthroplasty or arthrodesis, cannot be applied. The coriumarthroplasty in children has proved rewarding among our cases.
