Abdominal angiography after intra-arterial injection of vasopressin

Vasopressin administered as a bolus immediately before selective visceral angiography increased the information obtained in hepatic and pancreatic disease. The drug may be helpful in differentiating between inflammatory and malignant lesions in the intestines.
