Abstract:
Renal angiomyolipomata are rare hamartomatous tumours which usually occur unilaterally. A correct clinical diagnosis is often difficult and nephrectomy has been the outcome of treatment in most cases described. A rare case of bilateral renal angiomyolipomata is presented and the successful conservative surgical management discussed.
