[Tricuspid valve prolapse. Report of a case associated with Ebstein's anomaly (author's transl)]

The Authors described a case of tricuspid valve prolapse without occurrence of mitral valve prolapse in a patient affected by Ebstein's anomaly and atrial septal defect. The possible mechanisms of such apparatus valvular dysfunction are analyzed.
