    Background:

    • Isotonic saline (9 p. mille) is commonly used in neurosurgery.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To compare the biological and clinical tolerance of standard isotonic saline versus a new mock cerebrospinal fluid.
    • To assess the safety of S.21.001 for neurosurgical applications.
