[Therapeutic procedure in relation to kidney failure in acute pancreatitis]
Abstract:
The article is concerned with the role of proteolytic enzymes of the pancreas in the development of renal insufficiency in acute pancreatitis. In 70 patients the activity of tripsin, tripsin inhibitor in the blood were assessed as well as the function of kidneys and morphological alterations in them. The authors propose a scheme of etiopathogenesis of renal insufficiency in acute pancreatitis, the greatest significance being attached to disorders in the systematic and renal hemodyanmics, immunizing inflammation of the connective tissue of the kidneys by the products of pancreas autolysis.
