    Hyperprolactinemia, or elevated prolactin levels, is common in infertile women. This condition is more frequently observed when irregular periods or milky nipple discharge (galactorrhea) are also present.

  • Serum prolactin levels were measured, and patients were assessed for menstrual function and galactorrhea.
