[Trials of small medical disposables (author's transl)]

Trials of small medical disposables must enable the hospital responsibles to give the users a material technically suited for the use they expect, free from defects or important inconvenients and financially competitive. The main difficulty of these trials is the subjective way in which the appreciations are given by the experimenters, leading therefore to the necessity of asking the contribution of differents groups, independent from one another. These trials commit the responsability of the experimenter towards the patients, the staff and the suppliers. They also imply a relatively heavy procedures and can only be applied to standardizable objects. They have to be confronted with tests made by a control laboratory. They nevertheless represent a certain guarantee for the users: the material chosen by the administration has beforehand passed successfully the experimenters test who are also and mainly users.
