Abstract:
The preparation of solid phase immobilized antibody or antigen was physical adsorption or chemical binding using coupling reagent such as glutalaldehyde etc. The concentration of antibody or antigen on solid phase was effective to sensitivity of enzyme immunoassay. When the nonspecific binding of enzyme conjugate to solid phase was minimized, the sensitivity of enzyme immunoassay will be succeed in higher.
