[Anal fissure: technic used to have an internal lateral anal sphincterotomy for its treatment (author's transl)]

The authors show a variant technic very simple of the Internal lateral anal sphincterotomy for treatment of chronic anal fissure. They present the description of this procedure with the designs of the different parts of the surgery.
