Abstract:

A study was made of the effect of X-radiation (2.6 and 180.6 mC/kg) on proliferative activity and DNA and RNA content of guinea pig lymphocytes. There was a considerable decrease in proliferative activity and a slight increase in DNA and RNA content in 24 h after irradiation.
