Summary

The addition of NaN3 stabilizes gp90MEL-14 molecule expression on lymphocytes, enabling accurate measurement. This revealed that gp90MEL-14 negative T cells are functionally active and exhibit enhanced immune responses compared to gp90MEL-14 positive T cells.
