  • To evaluate the clinical experience and outcomes of radiotherapy in patients with alveolar soft-part sarcoma.
  • To assess radiotherapy's efficacy in achieving local control and palliation.

  • Retrospective review of 18 patients with alveolar soft-part sarcoma treated with radiotherapy.
  • Analysis of local control rates, progression of metastatic disease, and palliative effects.

  • Adjuvant radiotherapy resulted in prolonged local control in all six patients without initial metastatic disease.
