Summary

Finasteride significantly reduced dihydrotestosterone, prostate-specific antigen, and prostate volume in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) patients. This effective BPH treatment was well-tolerated, improving urinary flow and symptoms without impacting sexual activity.
