Summary

This study found selective solubilization with sodium lauryl sarcosinate (Method A) is a superior technique for isolating Pseudomonas aeruginosa outer membrane proteins (OMPs) compared to sucrose gradient centrifugation (Method B). Method A is faster and yields more OMPs.
