    Summary

    For individuals unable to use traditional estrogen-progestogen birth control due to health conditions, macroprogestational contraception offers an effective and well-tolerated alternative. Combination therapy with nomegestrol acetate and estradiol shows promise for managing hypoestrogeny symptoms.
