Abstract:
Chemotherapy has become an accepted alternative for patients with persistent ectopic pregnancy, and methotrexate is the principal agent used. A patient with a persistent ectopic tubal pregnancy that failed to respond to methotrexate chemotherapy was treated with dactinomycin, with a complete response.
