Abstract:
The incidence of neurovascular compromise after closed posterior elbow dislocation is extremely rare. Early diagnosis and treatment is imperative. This case report describes the diagnosis and treatment of a wrestler who sustained a closed posterior elbow dislocation with transection of the brachial artery.
