[Adenosine deaminase activity of lymphocytes during typhoid fever (preliminary data)]

Abstract:
Adenosine deaminase activity has been measured in the peripheral lymphocytes of 12 patients suffering from typhoid fever. The mean activity was found to be significantly higher (P less than 0,001) when compared with normal controls.
