Two cases of hypocalcemia tetany in gravidity are presented. The value of blood calcium amounted to 6.9 mg% and 7.3 mg% respectively. Satisfactory results were obtained by the administration of calcium, vitamin D, and diet rich in minerals, in calcium in particular.
