Abstract:
XXXXY Syndrome is a rare disorder characterized by multiple anomalies including growth deficiency, hypogenitalism, craniofacial anomalies and dental problems. Some experts feel this syndrome is a derivative of Klinefelter's Syndrome and may be associated with advanced maternal age. The case of a seven year old male with XXXXY syndrome is presented. A dental rehabilitation involving outpatient surgery is described.
