[Cholecystectomy using the minimal approach in surgery for calculous cholecystitis]

The experience of cholecystectomy conduction using the small traumatizing access in 16 patients with chronic and an acute noncomplicated calculous cholecystitis was generalized. Method on laparotomy conduction preserving the vascular-nervous branches and the abdominal wall muscles in depicted. Favourable postoperative period course and the lack of complications in patients, the shortening of hospital stay was noted. The authors consider the conduction of such laparotomy procedure in surgical treatment of calculous cholecystitis expedient.
