    Diethylstilbestrol (DES) exposure in utero is linked to unique upper genital tract abnormalities in women. These DES-induced changes, including smaller uterine and cervical canal dimensions, differ from typical Müllerian malformations.

    Background:

    • In utero exposure to diethylstilbestrol (DES) has been associated with reproductive tract abnormalities.
