Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients with dry eyes and mouth (keratoconjunctivitis sicca and xerostomia) often show rheumatoid factor. These symptoms, linked to extra-articular disease, did not correlate with antinuclear antibodies (ANA) or anti-RANA.
