[Health is not just the absence of disease]

Health is not the absence of illness. Against the background of onesided medical knowledge about illness and nursing, a system of support was established in modern society, which reduced the social aspect of illness and health to a point where high technology medicine is dominant. This supports the belief in technology and standardised data, within defined limit, which can be modified at any time. With the exclusion of social factors it is suggested, that health is "creatable" on condition that the individual follows the rules of the experts. The reduction of the human body to objective factors about the ability to measure "health"--independent from "life-events"--ultimately supports the search for holistic heaters in a world, where just the "silence of the organs" is seen as a quality of life.
