    • Three patients with B-K mole syndrome and multiple melanomas underwent chemosurgery.

    • Biopsy-excision was performed for atypical moles with suspected malignant changes.

    • Chemosurgery provided a microscopically controlled method for melanoma removal.
    • The technique was found to be safe, effective, and conservative.
    • Complete removal of melanomatous lesions was achieved with minimal tissue loss.
