Summary

A gold-tip laser sleeve effectively delivered Neodymium-doped Yttrium Aluminum Garnet (Nd:YAG) laser irradiation to the prostate in canine and human studies. Higher wattage correlated with increased intraprostatic temperatures, demonstrating a promising minimally invasive treatment approach.
