Training in racial harassment issues for community staff

Community nurses, in their daily routine of work, come across different forms of racial harassment. However, not all community nurses have access to help and information on positive approaches to combat harassment experienced by themselves or their clients. This paper describes a training initiative for community nurses supported by the local trust.
