Summary

The IgA-alpha-1-antitrypsin (IgA-AT) complex is elevated in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD). Increased IgA-AT levels correlate with central nervous system involvement in SLE patients.
