[Endoscopic surgery in gynecology. Our experience in total hysterectomy]

The first 44 cases of total hysterectomy by laparoscopy are presented. This experience was performed at the Catholic University Hospital and in the Las Condes Clinic. The authors describe the technique and the low rate of complications in the post-operative period.
