Traditional left adrenalectomy involves anterior, posterior, loin, or thoracoabdominal approaches.
Classical transabdominal methods require spleen/pancreas mobilization or lesser sac entry.
These conventional methods can be complex and carry potential risks.

Observation:

A novel laparoscopic approach for left adrenalectomy was performed.
The procedure was conducted in a patient diagnosed with Conn's syndrome.
The surgical access was achieved via the root of the left transverse mesocolon.

Findings:

This report details a new, minimally invasive technique for left adrenalectomy.
The described approach offers an alternative to traditional open surgical methods.
