Summary

A rare case of intracranial dural malignant lymphoma was detailed. Despite a rare dural location, the patient achieved long-term survival after subtotal resection.

  • Bone marrow examination indicated systemic involvement, suggesting a secondary CNS lymphoma.
  • The patient experienced a rare, long-term survival exceeding six years post-craniotomy.

  • This case highlights the possibility of dural origin for CNS lymphomas.
  • It underscores the importance of thorough systemic evaluation for CNS lymphoma patients.
  • Long-term survival is achievable even with rare presentations and incomplete resection.
