  • Mean operative times were recorded: 134 min (nephrectomy), 180 min (cystectomy), and 30 min (biopsy).
  • No intraoperative or postoperative complications occurred, and no conversions to laparotomy were necessary, with a mean hospital stay of 3 days.

  • Retroperitoneal dissection using low-pressure CO2 facilitates the procedure without added patient risk.
