Background:

Post-hemorrhagic cysts are rare complications that can occur after bleeding events.
Cysts in the axillary region can cause discomfort and functional limitations.

Observation:

A 13-year-old male presented with a cyst in the right armpit area.
The cyst developed following a hemorrhage, indicating a post-hemorrhagic etiology.
Conservative management approaches were initially attempted but proved unsuccessful.

Findings:

Surgical excision was performed to remove the post-hemorrhagic cyst.
Histopathological examination confirmed the nature of the cyst.

Implications:

This case highlights the importance of considering surgical intervention for persistent post-hemorrhagic cysts.
Effective management of such cysts ensures optimal patient outcomes and prevents recurrence.
