    Summary

    Turkey meningo-encephalitis (TME) outbreaks cause high mortality. Attenuating the Arbovirus in Japanese quail and developing a vaccine effectively immunizes turkeys against this neuro-paralytic disease.

    Background:

    • Turkey meningo-encephalitis (TME) is a severe neuro-paralytic disease affecting adult turkeys.
